Due to the considerable differences in demineralised water requirement between high season and off season, the use of a temporary, flexible and reliable mobile solution would reduce the operating costs, risk and impact on the environment.
Therefore, the client requested an on-site mobile water production installation during the off-season production period.
The solution proposed by SUEZ consisted of fully automated mobile demineralised water installations to produce the required flow and quality.
SUEZ set up a microfiltration and a FlexosmO reverse osmosis unit, including a complete follow-up service to ensure the production and demineralised water flow.
The reverse osmosis technology only requires low amounts of chemicals, allowing the client to reduce greatly any impact on the environment.

The proposed solution by SUEZ allowed the client to reduce up to 30% their operating costs during the off season period, thanks to the adaptation of the mobile production installation.

The rejects coming from the sulfuric acid regeneration streams of the permanent plant generate pollution, odour and danger of sulfur gasses in the stored waters. Thanks to the very limited quantity of chemicals required for the reverse osmosis technology, SUEZ enabled the client to reduce its impact and risk on the environment.
